Are Visonbox cases compatible with wireless charging?

We strive to develop cases that do not obstruct or interfere with any functionality or performance of the device. Therefore, all of our Visonbox cases should be compatible with your phone's Qi wireless charging.

However, for the Wallet case, we recommend removing all cards from the card slots while wireless charging, as cards can interfere with wireless charging functionality and may damage the cards.

If you choose to purchase a sheet metal case to use with our magnetic car mount, the sheet metal will defeat the wireless charging function. The case itself, which has no metal plates, charges wirelessly without any issues.

Is my Visonbox case and/or screen protector compatible with 3rd party products?

Most of our Visonbox screen protectors can be used with our Visonbox cases as they have been designed and developed with compatibility in mind. However, we are unable to guarantee the compatibility of another manufacturer’s products with our Visonbox cases and screen protectors as they have not been tested together.

How to install the protective film normally.
  • We recommend that the screen protector be applied while the case is on the device to ensure that the screen protector is precisely centered and aligned for proper installation.

  • Before beginning, make sure to wash your hands thoroughly and wipe your screen with the microfiber cloth and the included screen wipe. Most of our screen protectors also come with the dust remover stickers to pick up any excess dust on the screen. The screen should be free of any dust particles or debris.

  • Make sure the surface you are using to apply the installation is clean and stable.
    Once installed, remove any air bubbles by gently pushing the bubble outwards towards the edge of the screen protector.
    Please refrain from using excessive force when installing or removing the screen protector or it may cause damage to the product.
    We do not advise for the screen protectors to be reused as removing them for reinstallation may damage the adhesive properties of the screen protector.
How do I remove my Visonbox screen protector from my device?

For our thin and flexible screen protectors (Curved Crystal), try attaching tape to the corner of the screen protector and pulling it off the phone screen.

If the screen protector is a little bit thicker (Tempered Glass or Full Cover Glass), it can be removed by using a stiff card like an ID or credit card. Lift the screen protector with the card from any corner of the screen protector. Once the corner has been lifted off the device, hold the corner and remove slowly.

If you have a Visonbox screen protector, it will not shatter into pieces. The tempered glass will hold all the pieces in place even if it is to crack. The Visonbox will not damage or leave residue on your phone screen. Since all of our screen protectors are designed with a special silicone adhesive, it will not leave any residue on your screen if you choose to take it off.

When will you release a new case for my device?

here at Visonbox. We try to get the news out to our customers as soon as we can. Truth be told, sometimes we aren’t too sure ourselves of just exactly when we’ll be done perfecting the final product. What we are sure of is that we want to get the word out as soon as we do find out!

How should I clean my case?

Generally, we suggest to our customers to clean our cases with mild soap and warm water or with a damp microfiber cloth. Most stains can be removed using these methods. The products can then be air dried or dried lightly with a paper towel.

Please note that any damages that occur during cleaning attempts or during the cleaning process are not covered under our warranty program. We advise that you always use care and caution when cleaning your case or other products.

Is my item a genuine Visonbox product?

We would like to assure you that all items purchased through an Official Visonbox Store (visonbox.com) are genuine.

However, for third party purchases, we are unable to give you a 100% accurate answer as Galacase products are often copied, although NEVER duplicated in quality.
If you think you have received a counterfeit item, please report your concerns through here in order to help us crack down on counterfeiting.

Can I purchase frames or kickstands separately?

We currently do not have separate frames or kickstands available for purchase at this time and our developers have not confirmed of any new plans to do so as well.
However, if you are experiencing any issues with your case’s kickstand or frame, we will be happy to assist you through our warranty program.
