What is your return policy?

 

We hope you love your Visonbox® products as much as we do. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please click Contact Us. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days on products purchased directly from our website in new and unused condition with original packaging. We do not accept returns from retail stores. Customers wishing to exchange or return an item must email us via (Live Chat) or click on (Contact), and we will then provide specific instructions for the return/exchange. When sending it back to us, please include the original packing slip and the reason for the return/exchange. If it is not a quality problem, the customer needs to be responsible for the freight. We recommend using a shipping method with a delivery confirmation, as Visonbox® is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.

When you receive product questions. You can request a return policy within the 30-day validity period.
Protective Case: The protective case can be replaced once.
Tempered film accessories: We only accept tempered film/camera and other accessories to participate in the replacement program (used tempered film/camera and other accessories do not accept returns).
Functional product: one year warranty.
How long does a return/exchange take?
We want to provide you with excellent customer service. We will do our best to process your return as quickly as possible. Standard time is 5-7 working days.


How long does it take for my refund to be processed on my credit card?
We want to get your money back to you as soon as possible. We will issue a refund to your credit card within 2 business days of receiving the returned item. Depending on the type of credit card used, it may take 3-5 business days for the credit line to appear on your statement.
